Can you assist with large orders?
If you’re having a large event or require catering for a corporate function we’d love to be involved. Please email contact@bakedbeauties.com.au at least 14 days prior to your desired collection date. Please ensure to include the date you’d like the order for, quantities required, and if delivery/setup is required in your email enquiry.
How much notice do you need to take a Booking?
We recommend 2-4 weeks as a minimum to place an order to avoid disappointment. As we have a limit on how many cake orders we can take each week, the sooner you contact us about your cake, the better chance we will have availability. However, we do sometimes accept last minute orders depending on the design, size and availability. Just send us an email at contact@bakedbeauties.com.au or flick us a message on Facebook.
Do you offer delivery?
We do offer delivery for a fee depending on the area of delivery and our availability. Otherwise, all our customers collect their orders from our Warnbro Cake Parlour. Our delivery fees vary depending on the length of the trip which can be quoted once you are in contact with us.
Can you cater for a Gluten-Free, Egg-Free, Dairy-Free or Nut-Free order?
All of our cakes contain fresh eggs, wheat (gluten) and dairy products. We can cater to customers requiring Gluten free, Dairy free, Egg free, Nut free, etc. However these items are all used in our kitchen and in the same machinery. We will endeavour to ensure no contamination occurs during the making of your order. Baked Beauties will not be responsible for any allergy related issues, and it is the customer’s responsibility to inform guests of any risks.
I need to order a gender reveal cake. How do I send the gender to you?
You can drop the envelope off to our Warnbro Cake Parlour anytime during our business hours. We do need the gender at least one week prior to collection at the latest.
How do I transport my cake?
All cakes will be provided to you in an enclosed box, on a cake board. You can transport them quite safely on the passenger floor of your car with the Air-Conditioner on during summer & no heater during winter. If you can't fit it on your passenger floor, place it in the boot (non-slip surface). DO NOT place the cake on a car seat. The slant in car seats may cause your cake to collapse with any sudden jerking movements. Make sure to brake and take corners slowly.
**We may be able to help fix any damage which occurs due to transport or mishandling after the cake leaves our store, but this is entirely up to our availability. So please be very careful!
If I have leftovers, can I freeze my cake?
Your cake leftovers can be frozen for up to 30 Days, if placed in an airtight container.
How long can I display my cake?
As buttercream does soften and can melt in direct sunlight, it is best to display it indoors in an Air-Conditioned room. We would recommend displaying the cake around 1-2 hours prior to cutting of the cake as this will allow the frosting to soften slightly.
